“You have the capacity to refresh your body and mind anytime.”

As unique as you are

Your spine has a story at every age

What your spine needs at twelve is different from what it needs at fifty or eighty. Your history and your goals are yours alone, so your care should be too. We care for the whole person, body, mind and spirit, never just a diagnosis.

Childhood and teens

Growing bodies change quickly. We help children and teenagers build awareness, healthy habits and confidence in their own body.

Athletic performance

A strong, mobile spine underpins every sport, whether you’re chasing a personal best or getting back in the surf.

Menopause and midlife

As hormones shift, bones, joints and muscles need new kinds of support. We help women keep their spines strong through the change.

Rehabilitation

After injury, surgery or a long stretch of pain, we rebuild strength and trust in your body, step by step.

Longevity and later life

Building strength, balance and mobility for longevity, so you can stay independent and keep doing what you love for years to come.

We start by listening, then build a plan that fits you and your lifestyle, now and ongoing.

What we do

Movement that teaches you something every time

Revitalise is a specialist movement clinic offering tailored programming built around your spine, hands-on feedback and guidance in every session, and a specially designed environment that caters for all sensory and postural needs. Each session creates the framework to consistently build towards ongoing agency of self.

Scoliosis care

ScolioPilates® exercise shaped to your curve. Through targeted, creative movement and activities, you’ll learn to lengthen, breathe and strengthen in ways that make sense for your body.

Hypermobility support

Stability and joint awareness for flexible bodies, so you can move with strength and stability.

Movement rehabilitation

After injury, surgery or persistent pain, we rebuild your confidence in movement with supervised, progressive exercise.

Strength work

Learn how and when to load for your individual needs. We train every level of muscle fibre, from deep postural endurance to fast, powerful strength, because that is what builds joint stability, postural support and a body that functions well every day.

Small-group programs

Alignment Club, Revitalise Studio, Revitalise Recovery and Revitalise Thrive for older adults. Semi-private classes where your practitioner knows your history and adapts every exercise with support and guided challenge.

Breath and mindfulness

Breathwork and stillness to settle the nervous system, because a calm body moves better. Incorporated into all our classes, as well as our tailored Revitalise Recovery classes that support nervous system regulation, deep rest and recovery.

Workshops and education

Corporate, community and faith-based workshops that take spinal health education beyond the clinic walls, helping workplaces, groups and families understand, support and empower one another.

Collaborative care

We collaborate with the allied health professionals already part of your journey, so everyone is working toward the same goals.

Around school and life

Sessions can be scheduled around school commitments, so care fits into family life rather than the other way round.

Your home movement plan

Designed for your unique needs, so you can build strength and conditioning around your lifestyle between sessions.

Rural and remote patients

Intensive sessions give you a full assessment and personalised program in one visit, with Zoom sessions for ongoing care once you’re home.

Our approach

The Revitalise Movement Method

A cyclical clinical system, not a linear program.

Patients move fluidly between phases depending on their symptoms, strength and capacity, training load, life stage and goals. The method is inclusive of all movement levels, from those managing complex presentations to athletes looking to support performance, manage training load and reduce injury risk over the long term.

It begins with a strong foundation

Good spinal health is easier to build, and easier to keep, with a network around you that supports, understands and empowers.

That network can include family, peers, coaches, teachers and other health practitioners. When they understand what your spine needs, daily habits are reinforced and care stays consistent.

We bring everyone together as one team: you, your support people and your other practitioners, working side by side with shared understanding, so you are supported at every step.

Meagan Kerr

Owner, principal practitioner and authorised ScolioPilates® Practitioner

I’ve cared for patients of all ages for 15 years, from children and teens to adults, and I also understand scoliosis and hypermobility on a personal level. Through my own daughter and other family members, I’ve seen how they affect both the individual and the whole family.

I thrive on creating a fun, creative space for exploring movement, with guidance that reaches well beyond the four walls of the clinic. I’m passionate about helping you understand your own spine and the tools that support it, so you can keep building capacity, confidence, and a real sense of ownership over your health.

For patients travelling from regional areas, interstate or overseas, I offer intensive programs that fit focused, hands-on learning into a short visit, with ongoing support via Zoom once you’re home.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we often hear

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first appointment is a Spinal Health Assessment: a comprehensive initial assessment of your postural habits, patterns and spinal alignment. We walk you through the key principles behind your spinal health and how they translate into practical, everyday changes, along with movement methodology and corrective strategies tailored to what’s found, for you to continue working through at home.

Our aim is to equip, empower and educate you in functional movement patterns that support and sustain your spinal health long term, building the awareness and habits that carry your progress forward well beyond the appointment itself. Your Spinal Health Assessment is a 90-minute appointment.

Do I need an assessment before joining a class?

Yes. A Spinal Health Assessment is required before joining our small-group classes, so every class can be tailored safely to you. Follow-up one-on-one appointments can also be booked at any time.

What should I bring?

Prior spinal imaging (an EOS scan) is required ahead of your Spinal Health Assessment, giving your practitioner a complete structural picture to work from. Our preferred provider for EOS imaging is SKG Radiology Mandurah (details in Our care network). For your assessment, please wear firm-fitting, plain block-colour clothing (no prints) and have your hair tied up and tidy, so we can clearly see your spine and how your body moves.

Do you see children and teenagers?

Yes. We see school-age children and teenagers, and parents and support people are welcome to join sessions. Appointments can be scheduled around school commitments.

Our Children’s Assessment is a 30-minute appointment for children presenting with signs of hypermobility, postural changes or structural concerns. Your practitioner completes a thorough screening and gives you, as parents, a clear understanding of what’s being seen and why it matters, backed by a full clinical report. This appointment is testing only, with your child’s program provided across five follow-up sessions.

The habits and awareness built now support healthy joint development and postural alignment through key growth years, laying the foundation for long-term spinal health, confidence and function. Our focus goes beyond the physical, supporting healthy sleep, enjoyable physical activity and positive habits that carry your child’s growth and development forward.

Which class is right for me?

After your assessment, your practitioner will recommend where to start. Most patients move between Alignment Club, Revitalise Studio, Revitalise Recovery and Revitalise Thrive as their needs change, with reassessments every 6 to 12 months.

Do you work with my other health professionals?

Yes. We collaborate with the allied health professionals already involved in your care, so everyone is working toward the same goals.

You can find their details in Our care network.

I live regionally or interstate. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Intensive sessions give you a full assessment and personalised program in one visit, with Zoom sessions for ongoing care once you’re home.

Is the clinic accessible?

Our clinic is designed for sensory support and for every spinal presentation. We’re upstairs at Port Kennedy Shopping Centre, next to Aspire Disability, with both stair and lift access. Park on the IGA side and enter via the automatic doors near Kennedy Bay Medical Centre. Outside 9am to 4pm, a door code is needed for entry.

Can I claim a rebate?

We’re a registered Bupa provider (provider number PT16936), so Bupa members may be able to claim a rebate depending on their level of cover. Please check with Bupa before your appointment. We’re not currently registered with other private health funds.
